Effective cancer therapy requires identification of signaling networks and investigating their potential role in proliferation invasion cells. In the present review, our aim is reveal STAT3 pathway bladder (BC), as one leading causes death worldwide. respect tumor-promoting role, able enhance growth BC cells via inhibiting apoptosis cell cycle arrest. also contributes metastasis upregulating MMP-2 MMP-9 well genes EMT pathway. obtain chemoresistance overexpression inhibition paves way for increasing efficacy chemotherapy. Different pathways such KMT1A, EZH2, DAB2IP non-coding RNAs including microRNAs long can function upstream mediators that are discussed this review article.
